STEP ONE - NUTRITION
When you start the Fit & Lean
44 course you will first attend a
comprehensive nutrition seminar that will
teach you the most advanced scientific methods
for healthy weight loss. You will learn what
to eat, when to eat, and how to combine food
groups so that you will enjoy more energy
while promoting efficient fat burning without
losing valuable muscle.

STEP TWO - EVALUATION
The Program includes two body
analysis evaluations, and frequent body
composition evaluations. Your first evaluation
will consist of a postural assessment, muscle
balance testing and body composition analysis
which will allow us to develop the best
nutrition and supplementation protocol for
you. We keep stats of your body measurements,
weight, body fat, and we will take a before
and after picture so you can see your
improvement. Your assessment will be the
benchmark that will enable you to see your
weekly progress thus helping to keep you
motivated!

STEP THREE - RESISTANCE
TRAINING
You will learn how to use
weights as well as cutting edge exercises
designed to develop muscle, which will enable
you to burn more calories and reshape your
body.
No more
guessing how each exercise should be performed
or worrying about whether or not you will
injure yourself. You will learn proper warm-up
techniques, called dynamic warm-ups, which
will help decrease the chance of injury while
you are working out. Our resistance training
programs are like nothing you have ever seen

STEP FOUR - MOTIVATION
Our classes are
motivating! We provide ongoing inspiration
with plenty of coaching and encouragement. You
will be coached by top Strength and
Conditioning Coaches. Each coach has interned
for over 90 hours at the SST facility before
even stepping onto the floor. Each Coach has
no less than 8 years experience in the field.
We all have university backgrounds, and we
have experience training top-level athletes,
including professional athletes from the NFL,
NHL, CFL and various semi-pro leagues. Our
coaches are not your run-of-the-mill Personal
Trainers...they really know their stuff! |
