Burlington Post Visits & Reports on Our Class!!!!
Something
really cool happened this week. The Burlington Post
visited our "Functional Friday" workout and took all kinds
of pictures of us ladies while we were flipping tractor
tires (the photographer was most impressed with our
abilities on this exercise), pulling fire hoses, banging
sledgehammers, battling ropes and more!!!! An article and
photos will appear in an upcoming edition of the paper.

Get
Organized For Success.
Are
you finding that you are not following your supplement
protocol as well as you intended. I find that if I
organize all of my supplements the night before, I'm
guaranteed not to miss anything on my daily protocol.
1. Get
snack sized baggies 1 per meal, post-workout & bedtime
supplement scheduled. Label each baggie accordingly.
2.
Divide
your supplements into each baggie as per your protocol
dictates.
3.
Make
your protein shakes.
4.
If you
know you will be out of the house, toss these baggies in
your purse or glove box of your car so you have the
supplements with you when needed.
5.
An extra
protein shake that you keep in your car can really help
tide you over if you miss a meal or snack . Always keep
one on hand!
6.
Reuse
the "baggie system" over and over again.
