Fit & Lean Diaries...

This Week at Fit and Lean...(October 15th to October 19tht, 2007)

A lot of ladies ask me where I am at in the program...

Even though my overall body fat is low, I am still trying to get the measurements for my legs lower.  I have mentioned in the past that my legs are my biggest challenge.

The "Fit & Lean" program has reduced the fat percentage in half since starting last November.  My quadriceps and hamstring measurements were in the 20's at the onset and are now in the l1 to 13 ranges respectively.  So I really have come a long way...but I'm trying to get them even lower.

Consequences of not following the rules...

I've been following the "Fit & Lean Lifestyle" for one year now, and sometimes I must confess that even I get a little lazy about following "all of the rules"...(I'm only human).  However, when this happens, my Biosignature readings always go UP ... even though I'm sweating it out 4 Days a week in the gym!

These are the pitfalls that can make my numbers go up:

1.                  Not recording in my food diary.

2.                  Not handing my diary in on Monday's.

3.                  Not getting my Biosignature taken every week.

4.                  Not drinking enough water 8-10 per day.

5.                  Cheating too much on my "Cheat Meal".

6.                  Sneaking in a little too much fruit.

It's a Lifestyle...

Many of us are in "Week #7" of our current record keeping journals.   However, whether it's Week #1 or Week #52, we have to remember that this is a "Lifestyle" change.  At times, we may find it to be incredibly easy while other times it becomes very challenging.  I just want to point out, that when we do face the "challenging range" there's tons of inspiration around you and plans in place to get you back on track!

Remember it's a Lifestyle!
