Fit & Lean Diaries...
By, Rhonda Long
This Week at Fit and Lean.. (October 22nd to October
26th, 2007)
Is my success on the program that of an average
woman?
First of all, how do you define the average woman?
A lot of people tell me that I'm not "the average
woman" and that my results on the "Fit & Lean"
program "aren't average". Furthermore, that
they could never get their body fat as low as mine.
Well, I can't think of any statements that are less
true!!! However, let me tell you a little about
myself and maybe you can decide if I fit the
"average" prototype or not.
I
can barely remember a time in my life when I didn't
have to watch my weight. I've had issues since I
was about 11 years old. I am a mother of two
children; I have an 11 year old son and a 9 year old
daughter. I gained a lot of weight, during both my
pregnancies. I packed on 50lbs with my first and if
that wasn't enough, 60lbs with my second! I did
manage to work off all of that excess weight within
6 to 8 months following each pregnancy. I typically
put on 8 to 10 pounds every winter during those
cold, hide behind the coat and sweater months.
Then, I diet and work out like crazy every spring to
get in shape for the summer. Does this sound
"average"?
My goal was to follow the program...
My goal upon joining "Fit & Lean" was simply
to follow the program and see what would happen. I
didn't have any specific body fat percentages that I
was aiming to reach. I had never even thought about
my body fat numbers until I walked through the door
of SST. All I ever measured in my past was my
weight on a scale. I just followed the "Fit &
Lean" program and my measurements just kept
coming down...
Before & After...
P.S. The before and after shots that "Fit & Lean"
has been using on their marketing materials are my
photos. Follow the program and see what happens to
you!
